Terms and conditions

Jogi · Legal [VERIFY] The clinic has not published terms and conditions of its own. This page restates its Salonic booking policy and price list; the final text needs approval by a lawyer.
English translation of the Hungarian terms (ÁSZF). If the two versions differ, the Hungarian text prevails.
1. The provider
The service is provided by the operator of the MozgásKlinika Retek utca clinic (clinic: 1024 Budapest, Retek utca 26.; email: 2kerulet@mozgasklinika.hu; phone: +36 30 403 1857). The privacy notice of the clinic's Salonic booking page names Softissue Academy Kft. as the data controller. Jogi · Legal [VERIFY] name, registered seat, company registration number and tax number of the operating company: to be supplied by the clinic
The centre of the MozgásKlinika franchise network, Physio Consulting Kft. (Franchise Centre), does not provide healthcare services and does not operate the clinic. The operator of the clinic is responsible for healthcare.
2. Prices
Current fees are listed on the Prices page (from the clinic's Salonic booking page, checked on 8 October 2026). Prices are indicative (Salonic booking policy). We confirm the exact fee at your consultation.
- First consultation and assessment (60 min): 24,990 HUF
- Physiotherapy (exercise therapy) (50 min): 22,990 HUF
- Manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
- Physiotherapy combined with manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
- Physical therapy combined with manual therapy (50 min): 24,990 HUF
3. Booking
You can book online in the Salonic booking system (mozgasklinika-2kerulet.salonic.hu) or by phone. A booking is valid once it has been confirmed. No referral is needed. The first visit starts with an assessment, even if you have been examined elsewhere and bring earlier results.
4. Cancellation
According to the booking policy in Salonic, you can cancel or change your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before it, by email or phone, within opening hours. Your booking is valid once we have confirmed it.

5. Passes

6. Payment and invoicing

We are a private healthcare provider operating under Hungarian law and issue standard Hungarian invoices only. We do not complete forms or certificates for foreign insurers and do not correspond with foreign insurance companies directly. Claiming reimbursement is your own responsibility.

7. Number of sessions
The number of sessions you will need can never be guaranteed in advance. It depends on how you respond and on the professional assessment.
8. Medical documentation
Copies of your medical documentation, as required by law, are provided on request.
9. Data protection
