You can book an appointment at MozgásKlinika Retek utca online, on the clinic’s own Salonic booking page. This article walks you through booking and sums up the cancellation rules.
How do you book online?
- Open the booking page with any “Book a consultation” button on this website.
- Choose a service. For a first visit pick Első konzultáció (first consultation, 60 minutes, HUF 24,990), because treatment always starts with a first assessment.
- Choose a physiotherapist if you wish. The team page introduces both of them and their areas of interest.
- Choose a day and a time. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 20:00.
According to the booking policy, your booking is valid once the clinic has confirmed it in some form, for example by email or phone.
The booking pages are in Hungarian. The clinic has not yet confirmed which languages treatment is available in, so if you do not speak Hungarian, please ask before you book.

What should you choose for later sessions?
At the end of the first visit the physiotherapist tells you which treatment is recommended: physiotherapy, manual therapy or combined therapy. You can then book the next appointments on the same booking page.
Until when can you cancel free of charge?
According to the Salonic booking policy, cancelling or changing an appointment is free of charge 48 hours before the booked time, by email or phone, taking the opening hours into account. The policy explains that rearranging the schedule takes time.
If something comes up, let the clinic know as early as you can, so another patient can take the slot. The clinic’s sources do not agree on the fee for a late cancellation, so this is marked on the prices page and is waiting for the clinic’s confirmation.
Can the prices change?
According to the booking policy the prices are indicative. You are told the exact fee at the consultation. The current list is also in the article on prices, and common questions are answered on the FAQ page.
