What do you get at the first visit?
The first consultation is more than an examination. The physiotherapist talks through your complaints, looks at your findings, carries out a physical examination and a posture analysis, draws up your therapy plan and also starts manual therapy or exercise-based treatment. The steps are described in the article on what happens at your first visit.
What has no published price?
- Medical Fitness: the booking page lists it as a one-hour session without a price. The clinic can tell you the fee.
- Physical therapy on its own: at this clinic physical therapy is booked as part of the 50-minute treatment combined with manual therapy.
- Passes: the clinic has not published pass prices. If you plan several sessions, ask by phone or email.
How many sessions should you plan for?
Nobody can promise the number of sessions in advance: it depends on how you respond and on the professional assessment. At the end of the first visit the physiotherapist tells you which treatments are recommended and roughly how long therapy may take, so you can plan more realistically from that point.
What about cancelling and paying?
According to the Salonic booking policy you can cancel or change an appointment free of charge 48 hours before the booked time, by email or phone. The clinic has not published which payment methods it accepts (cash, bank card, SZÉP card, health fund invoice) or how it handles foreign insurance, so it is worth asking when you book. Booking is covered in a separate article.
